The motor launch is chargeable during the Whitsun and Summer School Holidays, and bookable direct from the owner.
    Each apartment has a ground floor compact decked area and first floor glass balcony, providing lovely scenery over the water with all its activity. Designed in ‘upside down’ style, the open-plan living area on the first floor has patio doors leading to the furnished balcony - perfect for relaxing and soaking up the atmosphere.
    The properties are situated in Wroxham, which is well known as the ‘Capital of the Broads’ and has a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The wider area is also criss-crossed by numerous footpaths and cycling trails. One of the best ways to enjoy the Broads is on the water by motor launch, or take one of the organised day trips arranged by the neighbouring boatyard. On the water, the beauty of the Broads can be truly experienced with its extensive wildlife (ducks, geese, swans, spoonbills and herons) and its sleepy Broads villages with their pretty flint cottages and attractive churches.
    The coast is within easy reach (12 miles) with lovely sandy beaches and a string of villages spreading northwards to the bustling sea towns of Cromer and Sheringham.
