Driftwood is situated in a peaceful residential area, with a tree-lined green between the picturesque rows of Victorian town houses. Stepping into the house and through the hallway, you are greeted by a large and welcoming open plan living and dining area.
Two steps lead up to glass double doors which lead you out to a beautifully presented courtyard with ample seating. Fairy lights illuminate this area in the evening, creating a delightful space. Back inside on the ground floor there is also a well-equipped kitchen and utility area with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and everything else you would expect for a comfortable stay. Heading upstairs, there is a toilet on the landing before you reach the incredible master bedroom on the first floor. A 5-minute walk across North Marine Road provides breath-taking views of the North Bay and Scarborough Castle, with benches where you can rest for a while. You may catch a glimpse of the pods of dolphins that are regular visitors to the coastline.
A meandering path takes you down to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Once on the seafront over three miles of flat promenade provide the perfect opportunity to walk and explore all areas of the Victorian resort.
