Fishing is possible from the steep banks, in a mowed area by the swing, or from any un-mowed areas within the boundary of The Landings Cottage (please note that it is a steep banking and not a wading river). On the same floor you have a small bathroom with a shower cubicle and heated towel rail along with a private bedroom with a double bed.
