Leafy Run (ref W44043) is a contemporary-style lodge with a hot tub and a peaceful decked area. Reiver’s Rest (ref UKC3402) was completely renovated in 2018, with a private hot tub on the raised south-facing decking and backs onto the woodland in the top corner of the park, with walks from the door. With a fully renovated restaurant on site, the lodges are less than a mile from the centre of the village of Otterburn, on the very edge of the Northumberland National Park. The park is just inside the Gold Tier International Dark Sky Park, the largest in Europe, ideal for stargazers and astronomers. The village has a mill shop, and the shop/café sells local produce. A highly acclaimed wedding venue, Le Petit Château is easily accessed only a mile away and guests can enjoy staying in the lodges and having some downtime after the wedding. The long wooded drive up to the park sets the scene for your break away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

A little further afield but still within an easy 30-minute drive, guests will be able to take a day trip out to the popular Beamish Living Museum, see the famous Angel of the North statue in Gateshead, enjoy a day’s shopping at the Metro Centre and explore the vibrant city of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
