    The property is located in the grounds of Hillview Arena and Stables, and you are directly beside a bridle path. The owners offer riding holidays by prior arrangement. Here, your horse can be accommodated during your stay at the cottage, in the 12x12 stables or fenced turnout area. You would also have access to use of the two arenas and show jumps. If you are interested in bringing your horse along for the fun, please call the owner to discuss.

You enter the property on the ground floor which leads straight into the open plan living/kitchen/dining area, the dining area has a large table great for enjoying group meals with friends or family. Continuing through there is a large, well equipped and modern kitchen area and the cosy spacious living area. The living space has bi-fold doors leading outside to a hot tub and the front of the property. Back inside you also have a kingsize bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room.     The Heart of England Forest spans over 7,000 acres and has ambitious plans to grow into a 30,000-acre contiguous native broadleaf woodland. The forest comprises a mosaic of habitats from flower-rich meadows to newly planted woodland, from ponds and other wetland areas to mature and ancient woodland. There are miles of public footpaths to explore and really discover the woodlands and getting back to nature.
