These two semi-detached cottages have been renovated to a high standard, and designed with guest’s comfort in mind. Tull is conveniently all on the ground floor, with accommodation set over four bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite, making this an ideal choice for the less mobile and those who prefer a little more privacy. Budding also has three bedrooms downstairs, two with their own en-suite, and a bedroom and en-suite upstairs.

These properties are a perfect base for families or groups wanting to discover Bath, Somerset, and the Cotswolds, conveniently situated just 5 minutes from the M4. The World Heritage city of Bath is only 8 miles away, a city with a story to tell. Enveloped in the hills of south west England, it has its own unmistakable identity, grounded in the roots from centuries past and carved out since by passionate locals and spirited fans.

Tetbury and Castle Combe are around 25 minutes away, where you can enjoy a spot of lunch in some of their wonderful traditional English pubs, followed by a walk around the beautiful Cotswold villages dotted around the area. Stone Henge, Amesbury and Avebury can all be reached within an hour’s drive, and are sure to make for fun filled days out. Pack a picnic and head to Glastonbury, Wells or Cheddar, all within a 40-minute drive and offering wonderful places to explore and discover. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Located in the horseshoe bend of the River Severn, Arlingham is surrounded by fantastic views of the Cotswold Hills and the Forest of Dean. Within a lovely woodland walk you will find the local village inn, with home cooked food, real ales, fine wines and a warm country welcome. Also within walking distance is another award-winning inn, renowned for its fresh seafood. Several other pubs, restaurants and take-aways are only a short drive away.
This wonderful area is an ideal base for circular riverside and country walks, and to explore the Severn Way. The river runs for 2 miles along the farm, with its own walks and perfect picnic spots. To reach the holiday properties, guests will need to pass through the village of Frampton-on Severn, which is home to the longest village green in England offering two pubs, a village shop, a café and canal side walks. Further along the canal bank in the village of Saul, guests will find a café which offers a wonderful spot for tea and cake whilst watching the boats go by. Saul also has a marina. You are also primely positioned to reach Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetland Park, Cotswold Water Park, Berkeley Castle and Butterfly House, Prinknash Abbey (bird and deer park), Thornbury Castle and Cheltenham Race Course and The historic town of Tewkesbury with its famous abbey, Westonbirt Arboretum, Stratford-upon-Avon, the Roman city of Bath, Regency Cheltenham and the cathedral cities of Bristol and Gloucester with their historic docks are also close by.

This fabulous barn conversion which has been renovated over 2019/2020 is an ideal place for friends or larger families. Set in Bream, the property is a great base for exploring the Forest of Dean.
The property consists of open plan kitchen/dining area with breakfast island and all the appliances you could need. It makes a cosy home from home with some lovely exposed beams. The dining area has patio doors looking out onto the rolling countryside. The living room has exposed stone walls, a lovely wood burner and a Smart TV, great for those cooler evenings. There are many attractions in this area including miles of very scenic footpaths. The Forest of Dean also has fantastic cycle tracks for the family or for the serious mountain biker. Also close by are local attractions such as Beechenhurst, Puzzlewood, Clearwell Caves and Norchard Steam Railway. There are places of historic interest too such as Tintern Abbey and Chepstow Castle, and the market towns of Monmouth, Coleford and Ross on Wye.
