Linden Lodge is in a great location, situated in the village of Wick, a perfect holiday base for those who wish to explore the many attractions Wiltshire has to offer, or stay in and enjoy the house and its features.
The house and annexe sleep twenty-six people. The house has five bedrooms, an annexe with two more bedrooms, a living room, a thirty-seater dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, and four bathrooms. In the garden you will find a games room, two hot tubs and a BBQ area. There is adequate parking for up to 10 cars.
Bath and Bristol are both less than 10 miles away and under a 20-minute drive, and within a short drive are the picturesque villages of Lacock and Castle Combe, both favourite locations for TV and film directors. Lacock features in Harry Potter, Downton Abbey and Pride and Prejudice, and Castle Combe was the backdrop for War Horse.
Experience the Georgian city of Bath, only 7 miles away by car. With its famous architecture, the Jane Austen Centre, and thermal spa (Thermae), the city offers something for everybody. The Roman Baths, The Royal Crescent, the famous Pulteney Bridge, and the Christmas markets are among the city’s many must see attractions.
Nearby National Trust properties can be found within a short drive, as well as other stately homes. Head to Longleat Safari Park or visit Avebury and Stonehenge, all under an hour away.

Another great historic site is Tintern Abbey. Perfect place for exploring the area whether it be on foot or by bicycle or for a fun day out nearby you will find exciting days out such as Go Ape, Puzzlewood, Clearwell Caves, Dean forest Railway. Chepstow also has a racecourse. The town of Chepstow is a 10-minute drive from Court Park Barn and has an abundance of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The beautiful Cathedral City of Gloucester, historic City of Bristol and the pretty market town of Ross-in-wye are all just a short drive away.

Why not take a trip to the family run Winner Hill Vineyard, to pick up a sparkling white to accompany your dinner. It is said by many that it’s just as good as some of the best French bottles. You can even make an afternoon of it and partake in some tasting for a fun day out. A little further beyond, you will find Tetbury is 10 miles away, and Bath and Bristol are both 20 miles. Badminton is 5 miles and Berkeley Castle, Wildfowl Trust at Slimbridge and Westonbirt Arboretum all within easy distance. Golf can also be found nearby. Beach 21 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
