This leisure area is accessed through the courtyard area of the property and also houses a ground floor accessible bedroom and wet room. Whilst this bedroom is accessible, the main house ground floor does have a couple of steps to navigate, blocks to make a ramp will be available. Please note the doorways into the main house measure 80cm in width. The main house has a separate lounge with ample comfy seating and warming log burner perfect for those chillier evenings. A fully equipped kitchen and dining room with space for all the family to sit and enjoy an evening meal. The bedrooms have been stylishly furnished in a boutique style with quality mattresses and furnishings.
    Porthmadog is a busy harbour town, home to the Welsh Highland Steam Railway. Within easy reach is Black Rock Sands where you’ll find miles of sweeping sands and dunes, and Portmeirion, an enchanting Italian-style village. A short drive is Harlech with its imposing Castle and extensive beach. Nearby Blaenau Ffestiniog, an adrenaline junkie’s delight with Zip World, the largest zip wire zone in the world, Bounce Below, where you can bounce on trampoline nets deep underground in an old slate cavern, and the Stiniog mountain bike trails. The area has something for everyone of all ages, from scenic walking routes, bike trails, epic climbing, to a whole host of water sports on offer. Beach 1 mile. Pub and restaurant 100 yards.
