    The village has two welcoming pubs, ideal for a spot of lunch or an evening tipple, alongside a good selection of shops and cafés. Boat hire is available nearby, which makes for an excellent way to explore the beauty of the Broads. Alternatively, hire a bike, also available locally, and discover the pretty villages and leafy lanes. A 10-minute drive will take you into Wroxham, the ’Capital of the Broads’, with its riverside cafés, restaurants, shops and train station. Fishing (seasonal) and RSPB nature reserves are close by, and the area is an excellent base for walking.
