Perfect for nature lovers, the owner offers access to a tranquil private nature walk within their grounds. Where you can enjoy the local nature. There is a pond and river at the end of the grounds, so please pay attention to warning signs and always supervise children and dogs. There are owl boxes in the trees with fitted cameras, which you will soon be able to view.

    Day motor launches that accommodate up to 8 passengers are included free of charge with each property and these can be moored alongside the lodges. The motor launch is chargeable during Whitsun and Summer Holidays, direct from the owner at a preferential rate.
    The properties are situated in Wroxham which is well known as the ‘Capital of the Broads’ and has a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops within a few minutes’ walk. The wider area is also criss-crossed by numerous footpaths and cycling trails. One of the best ways to enjoy the Broads is on the water by motor launch, or take one of the organised day trips arranged by the neighbouring boatyard. The region has several stately homes such as NT Blickling and Felbrigg Halls, Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall. Other interesting days out include visits to Sheringham Park, and Walsingham Shrine and Priory ruins. Sheringham offers golf and is home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway, Splash aqua pool, a promenade and a pier. Within easy driving distance is Norwich with its excellent shopping, restaurants, cathedral, theatre, pubs, cinema and markets.
