Fort William, ‘the outdoor capital of the Highlands’ is just 4 miles away. It boasts a variety of excellent facilities, including swimming pool, and restaurants. The property makes an ideal base for touring the numerous places of interest in the region, including Glencoe, Loch Ness and the beautiful unspoilt Ardnamurchan Peninsula. Nethy Bridge is a quiet village within the magnificent Cairngorms National Park. Set in glorious woodland with pleasant walks by the river, superb walking, cycle tracks and superb RSPB reserves. Golf at Nethybridge and Grantown-on-Spey, as well as numerous village courses nearby. Various watersports and a beach at Loch Morlich on the way to the ski centre. Take the venicular railway to the restaurant to see the breathtaking, panoramic views. A spacious, quality house in a quiet location to relax in. Shop and pub ½ mile.

This attractive, single-storey holiday cottage was formerly the forester’s cottage on a Highland country estate. Situated close to a hamlet it provides attractive accommodation in a quiet setting. There are woodland and riverside walks leading down to the shores of the Cromarty Firth, home of a large colony of seals. Easy access to the Black Isle with its pretty fishing villages and attractive coastline. Golf is only 5½ miles away and you will also find fishing, hill walking, mountain biking and numerous water sports all available in the area.
