Colbheinn Cottage is situated on the edge of the seaside village of Brora, within easy walking distance of the superb beach, harbour, golf course and all amenities this historic fishing village has to offer. The cottage has good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms ideal for families and groups looking for a Highland holiday with numerous places of interest and sporting opportunities on the doorstep. Colbheinn Cottage is very attractively presented throughout, with attention to detail, including eye catching contemporary art and colour coordinated soft furnishings. The living room/dining room has views over the enclosed garden, a table, and chairs for up to seven people, a wood burner, 42" Flatscreen TV with Sky package including Sky sports and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. Two of the bedrooms have super kingsize beds, there is also a twin room, and the fourth bedroom has a single bed. There are two bathrooms both have shower cubicles and toilet. The garden is enclosed and mainly laid to lawn with a picnic table and chairs.

Just outside Muir of Ord, Balorrin offers self-catering accommodation for up to seven guests in four bedrooms. It has a private landscaped enclosed garden and is on the outskirts of the Black Isle. Balorrin is situated in the quiet hamlet of Aultgowrie, a picturesque location with beautiful views over high hills and open countryside. The enclosed garden is secluded and has a patio area, garden furniture and small barbecue. Apart from relaxing in the peaceful surroundings, there are plenty of local activities to enjoy, including walking, biking, angling, golf, ornithology, dolphin watching, Loch Ness cruises and a distillery. Inverness is very accessible within 20 minutes and has cinemas, swimming pool, bowling, theatre and good restaurants. A day trip to Ullapool and the West Coast can be reached in 50 minutes.

Cathel Shieling is situated on the banks of Loch Calder in a secluded setting with the most amazing views of the loch and surrounded by large mature trees and rhododendron bushes that are spectacular in bloom. The grounds are laid to lawn with numerous places to sit and take in the breath-taking surroundings. You have exclusive access to the grounds which extend from the road to the loch, comprising around 30 acres. The loch has shingle beaches along the water side.
The property consists of a double garage with remote control access which opens to allow access to the house. Entering the house, there is a large double bedroom on the ground floor with bedside tables and a wardrobe. Also on the ground floor is a sitting room with sofa and comfy chairs, TV and a huge selection of books something for everyone.
The decorative staircase takes you to the first floor where there is a large living room with open fire, stylish sofa and chairs. This room has doors opening on to a balcony which has garden furniture to sit and enjoy the views of the loch. There is a formal dining room with table and eight chairs and views of the loch. There are three bedrooms on this floor; a large double, spacious twin and a bunk bedroom all of which have storage and bedside tables. There is a family bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet; this floor also has a separate toilet with washbasin. The bright spacious kitchen is fully fitted with floor and wall units, double electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, along with a breakfast bar and stools, wood burner and seating area.

From nearby Ardvasar, you can take a ferry trip to the smaller Outer Isles and also the mainland.
