Set just 50 yards from the seafront of Minehead, Blenheim Park House is a fabulous 3-storey home with sea views from both the living room and master bedroom. Stepping inside, on the ground floor you have a spacious, well-equipped kitchen/dining area with dining table seating 8 guests, and French doors leading to a courtyard garden with outdoor seating area. The ground floor bedroom has double bed and bay window and there is also a separate toilet on this floor. On the first floor is the large living room with ample seating, Smart TV and a lovely sea view from the bay window. The bedroom on this floor has twin beds and en-suite facilities. The second floor has a bedroom with kingsize bed and en-suite facilities. The master bedroom is also on this floor and has a super kingsize bed, TV, bay window with fantastic sea views, and en-suite facilities.

Blenheim Park House is just a short walk from Blenheim Gardens where you will find a relaxing space, and live music can be found some weekends during the summer. The seafront is just a minute’s walk away with the beach around 5-minute walk from the front door. The town centre, with its many shops, bars and restaurants, is a leisurely 5-minute stroll away, or larger supermarkets are just a few minutes further. Butlins resort is a short walk away and day passes can be found on-line. For those wishing to explore the area, there are numerous walks from the front door, or head up North Hill onto Exmoor for exceptional views. Quaint Exmoor villages with wonderful tea rooms and country pubs with traditional food are great finds on a day out!

Welcome to The Hollies, a wonderful one bedroom bungalow set in the village of Uphill, just outside Weston-Super-Mare and with Uphill beach just a few minutes walk away.
Inside this bright and airy bungalow, the kitchen is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, washing machine and microwave as well as a fabulous breakfast bar. The spacious living room has comfortable seating and Smart TV while the dining room has patio doors leading out to the conservatory. The large bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobes and picture window that looks out over the garden, the bathroom has a bath with a shower over and heated towel rail. Uphill has a wonderful year round dog friendly beach and local shop for essentials, while the hospital is nearby. Weston-Super-Mare is a traditional seaside town on the north Somerset Coastline, jam packed with fun things to do such as donkey rides on the beach, wander along the grand pier and enjoy the arcades, grab some fish and chips or enjoy one of the many bars and restaurants in the town centre or along the seafront, which also has many shops to explore. Why not jump on the train and head off to the bright lights of Bath or Bristol for a dose of city life for a day. The ancient medieval town of Glastonbury, with its wonderfully eclectic shops and famous Tor makes for a fabulous day out or bag yourself a bargain on a visit to Clarks Village in Street, with its many designer outlets to enjoy! Dunster Castle Apartments, situated above the owner’s popular coffee shop, offer a very good level of first and second floor, self-catering accommodation. They are located within a Grade II listed building in the heart of the pretty, medieval village of Dunster. If you are looking for the perfect base whilst exploring this popular part of Somerset, then look no further. There are shared grounds where you can sit out after a busy day of sightseeing, and the owners also provide a welcome pack/hamper.

All the delights of Dunster are on the doorstep. The apartments are almost next door to the entrance to Dunster’s imposing National Trust castle with a working water mill, deer park, and ancient priory. The bustling high street has a range of shops and plenty of places to enjoy an afternoon tea or an evening meal. Dunster is also host to the annual ’Dunster by Candlelight’ festival. Held in December, this really is a spectacular event, so book early.

Both apartments have an allocated parking space in the National Trust overflow car park which is just a short walk from the apartments. During your stay at Dunster Castle Apartments, there is much to see and do. There is superb scenery and walking on the South West Coastal Path or inland on Exmoor with highlights such as Dunkery Beacon, Tarr Steps, and Countisbury Head. Looking towards Minehead, there is a good range of shops and amenities. It is also home to the West Somerset Steam Railway which runs between Minehead and Bishop’s Lydeard. Further along the coast are the villages of Watchet, Porlock, and Porlock Weir. The Victorian villages of Lynmouth and Lynton, famous for the National Trust’s Watersmeet Gorge, Valley of the Rocks, and the funicular cliff railway, are well worth a visit. Set in the heart of Watchet, you have a myriad of wonderful shops and restaurants on your doorstep to explore. Why not leave the car behind and step back in time aboard the West Somerset Steam Railway, which chugs merrily along the West Somerset Coastline and through the countryside, linking Minehead to Bishops Lydeard. Exmoor is within easy reach by car, with its winding roads and plentiful tea rooms to explore, as well as seeing the famous Exmoor ponies in their natural habitat. The seaside town of Minehead is close by and offers a more traditional seaside fare of arcades, shops and restaurants.

Welcome to Mudhorse Cottage, a beautiful one bedroomed cottage less than a minute’s walk to the beach and the South West coastal path. Mudhorse Cottage has an interesting history, previously being the last Mudhorse Fisherman’s Cottage in the UK, with subtle nods to this reflected throughout including many books detailing the unique thousand-year-old traditional fishing. Completely refurbished in 2022 to a high standard, you enter the porch which has a fabulous map which the owners have thoughtfully plotted out places of interest and great local spots to eat out.
From here you head into the spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area, the latter being very well equipped. The comfortable dining area opens onto the lounge which has a gorgeous wood burner for winter months. A further snug with sofa bed makes a wonderful reading room or chill space with smart TV and a stunning stained-glass window depicting the last Mud-horse Fisherman who lived in the property. The lovely bedroom has a super king-size bed and plenty of storage, and a fabulous bathroom with roll top bath and shower. Outside to the front is a patio seating area with a lovely pond and water feature, while to the rear, a lawned garden with BBQ and sun loungers, the perfect space to lay back, relax and enjoy the quiet after a day exploring.
Step outside the property and within 50 yards you are at Stolford Sea front and common land, perfect for dogs and humans to stretch their legs and soak in the sea air along the pebble and sandy beach. The coastal path here leads to Steart Marshes (WWT) a thriving nature reserve a little further on there is the village of Combwich where you can enjoy a pub lunch or in the opposite direction the path takes you to Kilve a place of special scientific interest. For a more traditional seaside atmosphere, head East to Burnham on Sea or Weston Super Mare with the latter having the great pier packed with amusements as well as lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. To the West a short drive takes you to Watchet a pretty harbour town, Dunster with its Castle and Minehead and North Devon with the beautiful Exmoor National Park. Stolford is nestled only a few miles from The Quantock Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Bridgwater and Taunton are within easy reach with its many shops, bars, and restaurants and its train station which has direct links to Bristol, Cardiff and south to Penzance, so you will be spoilt for choice for days out!

Welcome to Marram Dune Beach House, a truly exceptional holiday home on the Brean shoreline, with sea views and private access to the beach, this is coastal living at its finest, you will not want to leave! Set on the ground floor, Marram Dune has gorgeous modern features and a wonderful flow that ensures a fabulous time. Stepping through the front door you are greeted by the spacious hallway with stunning ceiling lanterns that flood the space with natural light, head through to the open plan living space, with comfy seating, Smart TV and bi-fold doors that bring the outside in and draw your eye down the garden to the sea beyond. Here you can walk the 5-mile stretch with the dog down to Burnham-on-Sea or just listen to the waves lapping the shore. Back in the garden you will find a summerhouse, the ideal spot to relax with a glass of bubbly and stargaze while planning your next days adventures!

There is so much to do and see on the doorstep, with Breans many bars and restaurants within easy reach as well as the theme park and waterpark just a short walk away! The Animal Farm adventure park is nearby with lots to see and do, including the picturesque National Trust managed coastline at Brean Down offering peace, tranquillity and miles of trails away from the busy seaside resorts of Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea. The local area offers a fun packed holiday for families, as well as the beaches of Burnham, Berrow and Brean offering a seaside sanctuary for those wishing to get away from it all. Take a walk to the headland at Brean Down. Here you can experience the 360 degree views over the sea on one side, and across the Somerset Levels on the other, also on a clear day, you can see both Glastonbury Tor and the Mendip Hills. Just a 20-minute walk or 3-minute drive will take you to the beaches of Berrow and Burnham-on-Sea, with Burnham having plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and amusements on offer for you. The Golf Club is just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive away for those keen to get on the green while on holiday. Jump in the car and explore the nearby town of Weston Super Mare with its fantastic Pier, Donkey rides and many shops and restaurants. If a day in the city takes your fancy, there is a train from Weston that will take you in to Bath or Bristol for a day of exploring. The ancient medieval town of Glastonbury is just over 30-minute drive away, explore the quirky high street and head up the Tor for amazing views!

Elsie has been lovingly restored by her owners in 2020, to offer a wonderful holiday for families or friends, she is situated right by the West Somerset Railway line that runs from Minehead to Bishops Lydeard and also offers sea views from every room! Every detail has been considered to make your stay as perfect as possible. Head up the steps and through the door, where you will enter into the living/dining room, with comfortable sofas and dining table comfortably seating 6 people, off the living space is the very well equipped (and fabulous sized) kitchen with full cooking facilities as well as a full fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/dryer! Head down the narrow hallway to your sleeper cabins, one of which is a small double with sea and railway views plus a TV, while the other two bedrooms feature bunk beds (original but made safe for 21st century use!) both feature sea and track views, TVs and one has an XBox to keep the kids happy after a day exploring the beach or on Exmoor! At the end of the carriage is the shower room with a large shower. Nearby, head to the medieval village of Dunster with its wonderful castle, spend a day at the arcades or shopping in Minehead, pop to Watchet and stroll around the Harbour or head inland onto Exmoor.
