It is all on the ground floor and wherever possible the owners have retained the barns original features. On approach, you will come up a private drive flanked by natural paddocks. The property is ahead of you with originally styled shutter doors over the floor to ceiling windows. The open plan living space is light and airy with beams but equally cosy with the wood burner. To the back of the barn you can enjoy the private garden with a sun terrace. In the grounds, guests can enjoy walks but also have access to the owner’s tennis court.
Here, you are hidden away in the Suffolk countryside and excellently located to explore this superb area, with the historic market towns of Framlingham and Saxmundham close by. A great family day out is Easton Farm Park, 2 miles, with plenty of family fun, including animal petting, indoor soft play and many more activities. It is also host to the Maverick Festival, held during early July, for the finest Americana music festival.
The Suffolk Heritage Coast is easily accessible by car, where you can visit Southwold, Aldeburgh and England’s most easterly point, Lowestoft.
