Set on the owners’ working beef farm, Bodrydd (ref UKC3283) is a superbly appointed detached barn conversion and is perfect for a family holidays, reunions and celebrations, whilst Hafen Deg (ref UKC3284) is a delightful, completely self-contained apartment, making an ideal retreat for two people.
The larger property, Bodrydd (ref UKC3283) boasts a truly luxurious interior, with a sumptuous living room with a baby grand piano, and a gas wood burner set into a beautiful stone inglenook fireplace. From the living room, doors lead through to a fabulous conservatory which has views across to the on-site coarse fishing lakes, open to the public. From here, French doors lead out to the spacious decked area and covered, heated plunge pool. The cottage also has a games room, where guests can hang out on a rainy day.
The location on the stunning Llyn Peninsula affords many wonderful walking opportunities, and the pretty fishing village of Aberdaron is close by with a small selection of local shops, pubs and cafés, as well as the fascinating National Trust’s visitor centre, Porth y Swnt. There are many unspoilt beaches to be found in the region, where seals and dolphins can sometimes be spotted. Lively Pwllheli, with its weekly market and larger selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, is 17 miles away, whilst the Snowdonia National Park, with its dramatic mountain scenery and exhilarating outdoor pursuits, is within easy reach. This well-presented and very comfortable detached property, offers exceptionally spacious accommodation, perfect for large family gatherings, whatever the season. It boasts a lovely enclosed courtyard with its own private hot tub for six guests - a delightful place to relax and enjoy the lovely views across the adjoining Abersoch golf course towards the sea. Within a short walk is the charming and fashionable seaside resort of Abersoch, which is situated between two glorious bays, and is one of the most popular sailing venues in north Wales with important sailing regattas held there throughout the summer months. It also has a fine selection of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Water sports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Hell’s Mouth. There are three main beaches to choose from, the long sandy Warren beach, small and sheltered Porth Bach and sandy Porth Ceriad with its high cliffs. Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore. Beach ½ mile. This lovely, detached farmhouse sits in rolling countryside within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park just outside the little hamlet of Rhyduchaf and is two miles from the historic market town of Bala. The farmhouse offers four good sized bedrooms and there is plenty of space to relax. There is a pleasant yard where guests can relax with a glass of wine or it makes a great place to dine al fresco.
Bala offers a choice of places to eat out with plenty of cafés and eateries for you to choose from. You can walk straight from the door or hop in the car to explore the area. The National White Water Centre is close by, where you can experience the thrill of rafting or canyoning, whilst more sedate activities may be found on the shores of Bala Lake which is close by. Take a trip on a steam train on the narrow gauge railway along the lake shore between Bala and Llanuwchllyn, have a day at the beach over on the coast at Barmouth, or try some Welsh foodie delights at the award-winning Rhug Estate Organic Farm Shop at Corwen. Further afield in Blaenau Ffestiniog is the incredible Bounce Below where the whole family can try bouncing on trampoline nets deep underground in an old slate cavern, and Zip World, the largest zip wire zone in the world where you can fly high over the quarries whilst enjoying the spectacular view as you try not to scream! In a lovely quiet location, Goleufryn is split over three buildings grouped around a pretty garden, just on the outskirts of Abersoch on the Llyn Peninsula, and has distant sea views. The main house sleeps ten and has a spacious living room with a dining room and full kitchen where everybody can gather together. The Barn sleeps four, has a large living room and kitchenette together with two bedrooms, and The Annexe sleeps four in one bedroom and also has a fantastic games room to keep the whole family occupied.
There are walks from the door, and the pretty village of Abersoch is a short distance away, providing a range of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants. There are three beaches to choose from too, the long sandy Warren Beach, small and sheltered Porth Bach, and sandy Porth Ceiriad including backed by high cliffs. There’s also the surfers favourite at nearby Hell’s Mouth. Abersoch itself is well-known as one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales, but it also makes an ideal base for exploring the area. Visit the lovely National Trust owned beach at Llanbedrog with its multi-coloured beach huts, and call in to see the ever-changing art exhibitions at Plas Glyn-y-Weddw. Take a trip from Aberdaron to visit Bardsey Island off the tip of the Llyn Peninsula, or take a trip into the Snowdonia National Park on the Welsh Highland Railway, visit the quirky Italianate village of Portmeirion, or conquer mighty Caernarfon Castle, built by Edward I and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated just 1¼ miles from the town of Barmouth with its range of pubs, cafés, individual shops and entertainment for all the family, this lovely detached bungalow enjoys an enviable location.
Enter through the entrance hall, leading to the large living area with its cosy wood burner and patio doors leading to the garden. The open plan kitchen/dining room is well-equipped with all the appliances you could need for a home-from-home stay, and also features a large dining table, great for socialising whilst the chef in the family prepares a hearty meal.
The utility room room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and rear entrance for those with muddy boots, and there is an outside tap where you can wash your wellies off. The property boasts a games room, with a TV, PlayStation 4, football table, chess and other board games. This room leads to a spacious bedroom sleeping three on a bunk bed (with a double on the bottom and a single on the top). On this floor there is also a kingsize bedroom. Upstairs on the first floor are three further bedrooms, two double (one with an en-suite) and a twin bedroom.
Outside, the large front garden with patio area offers a great place for some al fresco dining, along with a fabulous view. To the rear and side of the property are woodland grounds, some of which is steep and has steep drops – please supervise all children when playing in the woodland area. There are floodlights situated on each corner of the property so if you arrive in the dark you will be able to see all of the grounds.
There are lots of walks to be had in the local area. You can walk along Barmouth viaduct and down the delightful Mawddach Trail, which runs alongside the Mawddach Estuary, to the pretty town of Dolgellau along the course of an old railway line. From Barmouth you can explore the coastline by train too. Head north to Harlech with its magnificent castle, brooding over the village, whilst to the south is Llwyngwril, home to an annual Yarnbombing project. Further south is Tywyn, home of the Talyllyn Railway, where you can enjoy a ride on a narrow gauge steam train into the hills to Nant Gwernol. Above Barmouth is Dinas Oleu, the first part of land to be given to the National Trust and the views are well worth the steep climb. If you’re into adrenaline activities, be sure to visit Blaenau Ffestiniog and Zip World, home to the largest zip wire zone in the world, and Bounce Below, the only place you are ever likely to bounce on trampoline nets in an underground slate cavern the size of St Paul’s Cathedral. The property has three bathrooms, a downstairs toilet and living room with open fire, so you’ll have plenty of space to relax in comfort. The well-appointed kitchen mixes modern Neff appliances with a 5 oven Aga, perfect for rustling up everything from beach picnics to elaborate holiday dinners for friends and family. Outside, you’ll find parking for up to four cars and an electric 7kW car charging point. The spacious paved garden area at the back of the property includes an outdoor shower, summerhouse, rattan seating, a large dining table and outdoor table tennis table; however if the rain interrupts your outdoor plans, there is a 6ft pool table and dart board, two real fires, free Wi-Fi, TVs, Netflix and plenty of DVDs and books indoors, to keep you entertained every day and evening.

Two dogs are very welcome at Llwynfor, and there’s a spacious utility room for their baskets/crates. Llwynfor is just a 600m walk from Morfa Nefyn beach and The Cliffs Inn, 1km from a spectacular golf course and 2km from the beautiful National Trust fishing village Porthdinllaen. Slightly further afield you’ll find secluded coves and stunning beaches, beautiful villages, more great golf courses, surfing at Porth Neigwl, water sports in Abersoch and all the attractions of Snowdonia.

This extensive semi-detached holiday home is wonderfully positioned in the heart of Morfa Nefyn village and can accommodate two families with ease. A gentle stroll from possibly the most loved beach on the Llyn Peninsula, the villa has been beautifully restored with many original features.
It has a cosy living room with an imposing Edwardian fireplace for lovely open fires and is decorated with pictures of sailing ships to give a nautical theme. The TV in this room has Sky Q, with Sky movies and high-speed fibre optic broadband. The Games Room has a wood burner and as the name suggests, a large library of DVDs, PlayStation and games - so no need to feel bored on a wet day!
French doors lead onto the stylish dining room with a long table perfect for family meals. A large range cooker in the white kitchen has all the equipment for those who want to impress with their culinary skills. There are 6 bedrooms, spread across the first and second floors, all beautifully appointed with cosy throws and cushions to sink into after a day at the beach. A long rear garden catches the sunshine throughout the day, lovely for al fresco dining.
Morfa Nefyn Beach and Porthdinllaen, one of the ’gems’ of the Peninsula, is a 2-mile stretch of fine velvety sand and tranquil waters perfect for swimming and water sports. At low tide, Porthdinllaen is a short walk along the beach. Porthdinllaen is a perfect little harbour hamlet with an idyllic cove and an award-winning pub; stop by for a cold tipple and seriously jaw-dropping views across the bay.
For golf enthusiasts, Morfa Nefyn Golf Club is a majestic 27-hole championship course within walkable distance from Captain’s House. The world-famous “Point” is a spectacular nine-hole stretch that traverses a rocky peninsula above the Irish Sea and offers some of the most scenic holes found anywhere in the world.
From petting cuddly animals to riding quad bikes through the countryside, there is something for everyone on the Llyn Peninsula. Visit Dwyfor Rabbit Farm and Glasfryn Parc for quad biking, fishing, watersports, ten pin bowling, soft play, archery, shooting and so much more. Parc Glynllifon is well worth a visit too for its beautiful historic grounds and craft centre.

Ty Halen occupies possibly one of the most desirable spots on the whole of the Llyn Peninsula. Set over three levels, this Morfa Nefyn beach house is in a prominent elevated position a few yards above Morfa Nefyn’s magnificent beach close to Nefyn Golf Club and opposite the entrance to the Coastal Path.

Arrive into the ground floor hallway with adjacent games area and garage. In addition to the main ground floor entrance, there is a side path with gentle slope and three widely spaced steps leading to the side gate, allowing access along level path at rear to additional entrance on first floor. A spiral staircase leads from the ground floor to the open plan living and elevated dining area. This light-filled, welcoming room has a glass gable end with bi-fold doors opening onto the decking, making it the perfect spot for holiday dining, from casual breakfasts to evening BBQs. The sea grey sofas, white walls and an eclectic mix of coast-linked objects of the living area, all make for an elegant muted style, a perfect backdrop to the stunning and breathtaking views.

The grounds, slightly overlooked in part, have fabulous views and are entirely enclosed by a boundary wall and mature hedge with a lockable side gate. Why not unwind in the hot tub with views across the sea, the lifeboat station and Anglesey. Sleeping ten guests, it can accommodate groups of family and friends, with a well-equipped galley kitchen and bedrooms on two floors.

The Llyn coastal path is within a few metres of the house, you will find fantastic beaches on the Llyn Peninsula. Step out onto Morfa Nefyn beach and wander across the shoreline at low tide to Porthdinllaen, or dip down to many of the quiet coves dotted along the coastal path. A short drive away are the famous Whistling Sands where children will be delighted to hear that the sands really do whistle! Visit the popular beaches of Aberdaron, Abersoch and Llanbedrog or try wind surfing at Hell’s Mouth, a huge wild bay and a wonderful stretch of sand. Nefyn Golf Club is situated on the headland just above Porthdinllaen. Its dramatic location makes it the most photographed course in Wales and a must for any serious golfer - or anyone with a set of golf clubs looking for a challenge.

Rockcliffe is in the village of Aberdovey and from the balcony you can see the championship links golf course opposite, which is a must play if you’re a golfer. Aberdovey is full of things to explore on foot. There are plenty of independent shops, cafés, bars and lovely restaurants to enjoy. The beach is very popular with many water sports on offer. You can book a paddle board lesson, go surfing, sailing or even kite surfing. If the tides permit, you can even stroll along the sand all the way to Tywyn. In Tywyn visit Talyllyn Railway where you can experience a traditional journey through the Welsh countryside or venture further afield to Dolgoch Waterfall. Other attractions include Corris Mine Explorers where you can partake in excursions into an underground mine, Fairbourne Railway or how about the challenging hike up Cader Idris if you’re feeling active? Sea fishing is also available nearby.
