The high-spec bathroom includes rare brass bath and copper sink, and the open-plan living room and kitchen boast a great area in which to entertain guests, leading to a private decking area with enclosed lawned garden. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor with the third bedroom accessed via the first floor bedroom to the second floor.

Nearby attractions include the seaside town of Whitstable, famous for its yearly Oyster Festival and sea food restaurants. The famous city of Canterbury is a short drive, where guests can experience the history and culture of this beautiful city, shop on the cobbled high street and enjoy evenings in the many restaurants and bars on offer. For a trip further afield, guests can take a ferry from Dover to the port of Calais in France, enjoy lunch in the city or take time for sightseeing. The local animal reserve of Howletts, known for contributing to the conservation of endangered wildlife, offers the opportunity to see lions, tigers, monkeys and much more. Nearby Pickering is a characterful town with a fine selection of independent shops, art galleries and antique shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. From here you can take a ride on the famous steam train to Grosmont, Goathland (Aidensfield in the classic TV series ’Heartbeat’) and the seaside town of Whitby, where you can climb the 199 steps to Whitby Abbey. Alternatively, take a 2-mile walk to the coast through secluded woodland to laze on sandy Mothecombe beach. Totnes, a handsome market town in the South Hams, is easily reached and river cruises can be taken from here down to Dartmouth during the summer months. The owner lives close by and is on hand for help and local knowledge. Whatever you decide, you’ll certainly want to round off the evening with a soak under the stars in your private hot tub with its magically lit amphitheatre. Your stay here at Pentire will rejuvenate and delight you and when you leave you will probably be planning your next visit before you even drive out of the gates! Please note that the koi carp pond can be covered with secure netting on request. Parents with small children should also be aware that the garden has an unfenced drop. Set on the edge of the Suffolk heritage coastline near the ‘secret’ beach of Covehithe, this detached house is surrounded by blue skies, views of fields, woodlands, and nature reserves. It is also close to Southwold and has easy access out into the surrounding towns and villages of Suffolk. Within walking distance is the village of Wrentham, with a village shop, pubs and superb café/deli, ideal for getting breakfast.
This country house has spacious accommodation with every care taken to present an exceptional holiday experience. Outside, make use of the bubbling swim pool/spa with seated jacuzzi area, jets and swim against ’pool’ area, there is a dry ’dome’ to dry off in with towel dryer and warm towels.

Country walks are available all around, and the sea is only a walk or short bike ride away. The Suffolk heritage coastline has fabulous beaches to enjoy. Explore Southwold, a fantastic seaside town with pier, historic lighthouse and high street lined with independent shops and boutiques. RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich heath, offering opportunities for spotting birds and connecting with wildlife, with excellent walks available. For great days out visit Snape Maltings, Framlingham Castle, Halesworth Museum, Yoxford Antiques Centre and Gardens and Easton Farm Park. Vibrant market town of Beccles boasts independent boutiques and chain shops, with an excellent collection of eateries, including fine dining to many cafés serving home-made cakes and savouries to delight many palates. The weekly market is excellent for all things local, and there is an open air heated outdoor swimming pool, popular with many local swimmers and gateway to the Famous Norfolk Broads National Park. These semi-detached farmhouses The Barnhouse (ref W42980) and The Farmhouse (ref W42979) have been carefully co-ordinated throughout and are set within the grounds of the Caravan Club site in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. As such, they enjoy breath-taking views of the surrounding open countryside.
Walk direct from the door over the nearby moors or take a 5-minute stroll into the nearby traditional market town of Hawes. Here you will find a good mix of shops with something for everyone including antiques, traditional country clothing, fashion and gift shops interspersed with tea shops, restaurants and pubs. Alternatively visit the Wensleydale Creamery, famous for its cheese endorsed by Wallace and Gromit or visit the Dales Centre Museum. Nearby Semerwater, a large, natural lake provides a wealth of activities such as swimming, fishing (licence required) and sailing. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

These lovely barn conversions stand adjacent to the owner’s home, and boast a favourable position in a rural location. Located on a working sheep and beef farm, they are just 330 yards from the centre of the pretty village of Kelbrook. Guests at Moorgate Farm can enjoy the wonderful views of Pendle Hill and the surrounding countryside, whilst being close enough to the centre of the village to be able to walk to the local pub. With an abundance of local walks from the doorstep, these are a perfect retreat for families, couples or groups of friends.
The small village of Kelbrook lies near the Lancashire/Yorkshire border, which means that guests can take advantage of everything these two rural counties have to offer. Just 9 miles from the charming market town of Skipton, the ‘Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales’, guests can enjoy the local market and the selection of pubs, shops, cafés and restaurants available. Clitheroe and the Forest of Bowland, Lancashire’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is just 10 miles away and offers an abundance of walking, cycling and local gastronomy to try. Lambourne House is set in very spacious 4½ acres of landscaped gardens in the Lincolnshire countryside, which are shared with four other adjoining holiday cottages. Just 10 minutes’ drive from Skegness are the long white sands of the east coast. Ashtree Court offers a haven for perfect private family holidays, with all the fun of the traditional seaside resort of Skegness close by.
Lambourne House has everything needed to relax and enjoy a traditional family holiday, with five double bedrooms, expansive living rooms, a beautiful inglenook fireplace and all the luxury facilities you would expect from a house of this size, including a gym. The mature garden, with its play areas and barbecues, provides a wonderful place for family fun, and the heated indoor swimming pool ensures entertainment all year round. Off road parking in designated areas right outside the farmhouse affords easy access for loading and unloading luggage and shopping.
There is plenty to see and do in and around the area. Less than a mile away is a good pub for families, which serves both food and drink. The closest beach for lazy summer walks, building sandcastles, sunbathing or indulging in bracing winter wanderings, is 10 minutes away by road, and the nearest golf course, North Shore, is the same distance away. Keen fishermen will enjoy the coarse fishing lakes just 300 yards away.
The town of Skegness has all the facilities you would expect of an established seaside town and modern commercial centre - shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés, cinema, theatre, fun fair, seaside amusements, park, aquarium, sports and fishing facilities, as well as a hospital and excellent road and rail links. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Carr House farmhouse is set on a working farm, but only minutes away from the attractions of Scarborough and only 1½ miles from the well known surfing beach at Cayton Bay, which also welcomes dog walkers throughout the year. Visitors of all ages will enjoy the large landscaped gardens with a summerhouse, apple trees and barbecue, with a perimeter fence making it ideal for both children and pets. This detached farmhouse is ideal for touring the North Yorkshire coast, from Whitby in the north to Bridlington in the south. A short journey inland takes you to the North York Moors, ’Heartbeat’ Country and Pickering for the steam railway, whilst York for its historic attractions is less than an hour away.

For activities nearby there is Dalby Forest for cycling and tree climbing, Wykeham Lakes for fishing, or the many beaches which offer the chance to just relax, sail, surf, sunbathe, paddle, and build sandcastles. Scarborough is a vibrant seaside resort with lots of family attractions, such as the waterpark, Sealife Centre and crazy golf, as well as a funfair, ice-cream parlours, amusements, and donkey rides. It also boasts superb live entertainment at the Open Air Theatre, with major acts booked each summer, and shows at the Scarborough Spa and the renowned Stephen Joseph Theatre. Beach 2 miles. Corton lies just north of Lowestoft, the most easterly point of the UK. Beachwood is set amongst a secluded woodland setting and has frontline sea views. It is also considered to be the one with the most private, quiet and secluded settings. The photographs of the interiors speak for themselves. The kitchen is well equipped according to our many extremely satisfied guests to date. Tea coffee and milk is provided so guests don’t arrive late and find they can’t make a hot drink. The huge decking stretches to the cliff edge with views onto the award-winning beach. Stunning sunrises each morning which, should you so wish, can be watched while you relax in the hot tub! At night it lights up via a button. String lights have now been installed which are on a timer, which creates a wonderful evening ambience. The beach is never busy which makes for relaxing walks in both summer and winter and is accessed via a lovely short walk through the woods. It is also a dog friendly beach year-round. There are no shops or plastic swings and slides at Ocean Glade. It is very peaceful, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There is a pub a 10-minute walk into the centre of the village which serves food, plus a small shop which also sells newspapers and a Chinese takeaway that only takes cash. There is a shopping complex a few minutes’ drive away with plenty of free parking.
Beachwood is ideally located to explore both Suffolk and Norfolk. Visit the Norfolk Broads National Park, with its southern gateway, Oulton Broad, just a short drive away, with good restaurants and a wine bar. Lowestoft is an old-fashioned traditional town offering shopping, beaches, two piers with family entertainment and restaurants. The popular town of Southwold is about a 35-minute drive away. There is so much to do and see in the area and you would be advised to google your preferences for details etc. Far too much to write here!

Oaklands is a luxurious and spacious holiday home set in its own acre of ground, with three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area all on the same level. Perfect for a family or a group of friends to relax and get away from it all with plenty of opportunities to spot the neighbouring wildlife in the surrounding fields. The doorways are wide enough for wheelchairs and ramps can be provided over the doorways if requested, however please note the property hasn’t been specifically set-up for wheelchair users so the kitchen and bathrooms may not be suitable The accommodation feels bright and welcoming with high beamed ceilings, underfloor heating throughout and plenty of large windows, patio doors and sliding doors seamlessly blending the living spaces with the outdoor landscape. Guests will love the rural tranquil location with plenty of wildlife, starry skies, distant views of Dartmoor and beautiful scenery that this perfect get away can offer.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with a farmhouse cooker with two ovens and an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and a washing machine. After a fun-filled day exploring Devon, gather your friends and family around the large dining table for a celebratory homecooked meal and relax on the comfortable sofas and armchairs or sit outside with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down.
There are three comfortably furnished bedrooms. The master has a kingsize bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening out onto the beautiful decked area. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed and the third has twin beds. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet, wash basin, and a mirror with a shaver socket.

The award-winning North Devon coastline is within an hour’s drive with its golden sandy surfing beaches and the Jurassic South Devon coastal beauty spots are within a 45-minute drive. The breathtaking scenery of the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor filled with hidden gems and places to explore are within a 40-minute drive. A wealth of attractions are within easy reach including Thornes Farm Shop which is 440 yards away and famous for its strawberries with a variety of pick your own with shop and restaurant. The nearest award winning pub is just over a mile away, and within a 10-minute drive you have Bickleigh Mill, Devon Railway Centre and Bickleigh Castle.
