Designed and furnished to a high standard, with a private hot tub, these dog friendly-properties are ideally situated for pawfect break. Close to a number of walking routes and dog-friendly beaches, you'll have easy access to the great Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Blacksmiths Cottage is one of two Grade II Listed properties that make up 'East Back Cottages' dating back to the 16th Century (we are led to believe).
The charming open-plan living space offers the perfect retreat for both humans and furry friends alike. The living space has exposed beams, giving the property rustic charm. The living area also has an inviting wood burner, ideal for winter evenings after a long day of walks. You'll find an oak dining table for home-cooked meals with the whole family and a fully-equipped kitchen with solid oak worktops that offer all the modern appliances you need: electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, slow cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a unique addition to the house: a cinema room with a 46" Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, surround sound, and a selection of DVDs for you to watch. Spend your evenings in the cinema room watching your favourite movies with the whole family or in your private hot tub watching the stars.
Each bedroom has vaulted ceilings, beams, exposed stone walls, and en-suite facilities, with the master suite boasting a freestanding slipper bath and wood burner. The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with a super king-size oak sleigh bed as well as a Freeview Smart TV for cozy nights in. There's a second wood burner in the bedroom, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite. On the first floor, you'll find 2 additional bedrooms, both with zip and link king-size beds, Freeview TVs, vaulted ceilings, and en-suite bathrooms.
Situated near the banks of the Pembroke Mill Pond in the historic market town of Pembroke, this beautiful stone cottage is full of character and charm. This dog-friendly, family-friendly retreat is only a 10-minute walk to Pembroke Castle. This Norman castle is famous for being the birthplace of King Henry VII. You'll find many dog-friendly restaurants & cafés nearby, as well as shops, boutique craft shops & green spaces to walk your four-legged friend, such as the 186 miles of the Pembrokeshire Coast footpath, which is a short walk away. Nearby, you can also explore the Stackpole Estate, a National Trust-managed house and gardens offering walks and historical sites, including the glistening Bosherston Lily Ponds, famous for its otters and water lilies. The stunning beaches at Broadhaven and Barafundle shouldn't be missed, with their golden sands and crystal blue waters. The bustling resort town of Tenby is a short drive away. Spend a day here wandering through its picturesque harbour and narrow cobbled streets. Tenby offers a variety of boutique gift shops, dog-friendly pubs, and delicious restaurants serving local fresh seafood.
