Visit the Marine Hall and Gardens, Fleetwood Market, Freeport Outlet Shopping Village and marina, Fleetwood Museum and the beach. Blackpool is 9 miles away with Pleasure Beach, zoo, indoor water park, Sea Life Centre, waxworks and tower, or take a trip to Thornton, Cleveleys or Lytham St Annes, with golf courses, shops, bars and eateries. Wyre Estuary Country Park is 5 miles and within easy driving distance are the Lake District, Forest of Bowland and Yorkshire Dales (about 1 hour). Lancaster and Preston about 50 minutes.
