Set over two floors you enter the property on the ground floor which presents a well-equipped kitchen/dining area should you not wish to dine out in the many restaurants close by. On the same floor you have a delightful living area with comfortable seating, electric wood burner and large Smart TV giving you a perfect area to relax in. On the first floor you have two good sized bedrooms which have been beautifully furnished and decorated, in addition both have luxury bedding ensuring you have a perfect night’s sleep. The first floor also boosts a lovely bathroom which offers a lovely walk-in shower. To the rear of the property, you have a private patio area which is ideal to have a glass of fizz al fresco style in the warm summer months. With Sunnybank Cottage set on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty it is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful local countryside. There are many walks straight from your door and cycling is very popular in the area including Yeadon Tarn which is great for walking around with your fluffy friends. Otley Chevin is within walking distance of the cottage giving you instant access to gorgeous walks any time of the year. For those seeking to be less active Ilkley, Harrogate and the lovely market town of Otley are all close by offering a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants, pubs and the legendary Betty’s Café Tea Rooms in Harrogate and Ilkley where afternoon tea is a must. Bolton Abbey is just a short drive away offering plenty of walking within the magnificent 30,000-acre grounds and picture-perfect picnic spots beside the river. The charming market town of Skipton also known as the ‘Gateway to the Dales’, is also 30 minutes away and is home to an ancient castle, cobbled high street and colourful street market.
