It is located within a 5-10 minute walk of Salcombe's famous waterfront, shops and restaurants. Two steps lead from the pathway to a ground floor entrance porch and door down to garage/utility area. From the hallway, a door leads to a comfortable sitting room with open fireplace, TV, CD/radio/iPod, through to the well fitted kitchen with range, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker; and a separate utility area in the garage with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.
