One of a kind, Riverside is a spacious, detached house which has been fully adapted for disabled use and is wheelchair-friendly. With a stylish interior design and a light, bright and airy feel, this property would really suit people of all ages and needs. The property boasts a fabulous hydrotherapy, indoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and hoist, which lifts from ground level into the pool. There are also patio doors which lead out onto the decked terrace with a large outdoor table and bench seating.

There is a wheelchair lift in the hallway, taking you from the ground floor bedroom level down to the lower ground floor. The kitchen has been specially adapted, with some low level work surfaces and easily accessible sockets and light switches. The games room has a pool table and darts, with doors that open out on to a decked terrace area, and ramp access onto the lower garden. The living room is cosy, with a large corner sofa, beanbags for the kids, wood burner, large TV, Wi-Fi and an intercom system with camera to open the front door. The master bedroom has a large en-suite wet room, and there are wide access doorways throughout the property. The garden is fully enclosed, with ramp access all around, and a large covered fish pond below the terraced area. The property can be decorated for Christmas if you wish, and the owners are very accommodating to your special requirements.

Located in Bude, the property is just a few minutes walk from the canal and footpath into the harbour area. Don’t forget your canine friends too, dogs are very welcome at Riverside. Seagreen Lodge is a tastefully decorated three bedroom lodge with a deck area leading down to a lawn, and a first floor balcony from the master bedroom. On the ground floor the open plan living space is warm and flooded with light from the patio doors leading out of the living area. There is a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for whipping up a holiday feast and a dining table to comfortably seat six, gather together and plan the next days adventure. Also on the ground floor are two of the bedrooms, one double and one twin, along with a delightful bathroom with nautical touches. The lodge is tucked away in the most secluded position with great uninterrupted sea views across fields from the sun deck, living area, and the master bedroom and balcony upstairs. Savour morning coffee or perhaps favourite beverage after a busy day of adventures from here. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to prepare light to hearty meals with ease.
The park itself plays host to some fabulous leisure facilities, which can be accessed from the property via a level walk and can be enjoyed as part of your stay, including indoor and outdoor heated pools and gym. Venture away to explore the area and you will find a plethora of attractions, stunning countryside walks and pretty towns and villages. The beautiful Dartmoor National Park has rolling hills and breath-taking views whilst the scenic Tamar Valley provides an abundance of woodland and dramatic views. Ancient Bodmin Moor lies to the West, atmospheric and mysterious, with fascinating rock formations and rising tors, whilst the historic naval city of Plymouth has marinas, restaurants, and pubs in addition to a huge range of shops and striking architecture. For those who enjoy the coast, the beaches at Seaton and Downderry are a joy whilst the harbour towns Looe and Fowey are steeped in history and their narrow streets, cafés and restaurants are well worth discovering.
