    After an action-packed day exploring Devon and Cornwall, head into the cosy open plan kitchen/diner which is well-equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with a water dispenser and an oil-powered Aga (which is available to use between November to March). The island counter with two stools, granite worktops and bi-fold doors opening out into the garden are a beautiful feature. The handy utility area next door has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a cloakroom. Wander into the two living rooms which offer plenty of space; the first with traditional beamed ceilings, armchairs and a wood burner, and then two steps down you will discover the second room, comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, a Smart TV with Freeview and another wood burner. Perfect for watching a film with your family whilst enjoying the glows of the fire in the background. Head upstairs where there are four beautiful bedrooms. There are 3 steps leading to the first bedroom which has a kingsize bed, a Smart TV with Freeview and an en-suite with a walk-in shower and a bath with a shower head attachment. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with a shower cubicle. The third has a double bed with a beautiful view of the garden and the fourth has twin beds. Two of the rooms share use of the family bathroom which is fitted with a walk-in shower.
