For horse racing enthusiasts, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwick and Cheltenham race courses are all in easy reach. The neighbouring village of Wilmcote is home to Olly Murphy Racing where you can often see the gallops in the morning and Dan Skelton Racing is just over 3 miles away. Other places of interest include Hatton Country World nestled in beautiful Warwickshire countryside; Ragley Hall, a stately hall which hosts many events throughout the year; Warwick Castle for lots of family fun and Blenheim Palace. Nestled at the foot of the Malvern Hills, The West Barn offers luxury holiday accommodation and is situated on a quiet country estate, complete with its own vineyard. The estate is located near the River Severn and surrounded by the beautiful towns and villages of Hanley Castle, Upton-upon-Severn and Malvern. This hidden country estate comes complete with a Jacobean mansion and acres of beautiful fields and established woodland. The West Barn, an adjoining barn conversion, is set at the heart of it, just in view of the historic mansion. The estate itself is dated at the earliest at 1173, and is owned by Lord Nick Lechmere. The Lechmere Estate is situated in Hanley Castle, a historic hamlet approximately one mile from the town of Upton-on-Severn.
