    A lovely barn conversion set in the Shropshire countryside just 10 miles from the historic town of Shrewsbury. Offering spacious accommodation, this beautifully appointed barn with modern styling and high-quality furnishings has been lovingly restored and retains all the original beams. The large utility room leads into the vaulted open-plan kitchen and dining area with beautifully restored original exposed beams. This bright and airy area naturally allows for social interactions while the dinner is being prepared. The kitchen is fully fitted and well-equipped, and patio doors lead out onto the seating area within the gravel garden. Further into the cottage is the relaxing living area with a wood burner, comfortable seating, and a Smart TV. The bedrooms and bathroom are at the far end of the cottage. Both bedrooms have exposed beams and feature brickwork walls. The garden is equipped with a pergola, a seating area with wooden tables, and chairs, and a barbecue. The lockable shed within the garden is suitable for storing bikes. Set within the grounds of Springfield Barns is a 2-acre field that guests can use along with the owners and other guests. There is also a second seating area off the dining area that catches the morning sun.
    The Coach House is situated just outside the village of Baschurch which is near Shrewsbury and Ellesmere. Baschurch offers pubs, takeaways, churches, a large convenience store, and a cash point. The local bus, which operates between Shrewsbury and Ellesmere, collects and drops off on Springfield Barn main drive allowing guests to leave the car behind.
    Shropshire is a gem of a county with so much to explore within easy reach, and is home to Ironbridge World Heritage Site and numerous National Trust sites including Attingham Park. Shrewsbury town offers fantastic fresh dining, individual shops, craft markets, museums, art galleries, and the stunning Dingle set within the Quarry Park. The cottage is set within the boundary of the owner’s grounds and neighbours the owner’s home. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
