Please note this is a rural property. Roads in the vicinity are often narrow, single track with passing places typical of the region. Totnes is 6 miles away and offers a wide range of activities and pursuits. There is also a main line rail station at Totnes with services to London Paddington. The A38 dual carriageway is approximately 4 miles away and provides good access to the cities of Plymouth and Exeter. In addition, there are many historic NT houses to visit including Agatha Christies’s Greenway as well as a local vineyard.
