First floor accommodation has a superking double bedroom with walk in cupboard while across the landing the cabin bunk bedroom offers a top bunk suitable for child only, and a low level small double bed, plus space for a travel cot. The family bathroom has a large walk-in Aqualisa digital dual choice shower and a bath for a relaxing soak. On the top floor is a twin room with deep cushioned chairs to sit back and relax in for extra peace and quiet. The ownerprovides complimentary toiletries on arrival.

Enjoy exploring Whitstable and the surroundings with free on street parking or pay in the car park close by. The bus stop for Canterbury is within 3 minutes of the house while the train station with links direct into London is less than an 8-minute walk.

With a mix of natural stone and warm cedar, along with a modern zinc roof and full height glazing, as soon as you pull into the driveway you will be sure to be impressed by this beautifully unique building, much of which was handcrafted by the owners. Step inside this contemporary haven, with textures and colour carefully thought about to create a warm and inviting interior, with modern polished concrete floors and underfloor heating throughout. With a magnificent open-plan living space at the heart, with an impressive, vaulted ceiling beautifully clad by the owner with reclaimed timbers, and double height wall of glazing looking out over the garden and countryside beyond. Evenings can be spent in front of the warming wood burner, whilst the chef of the group cooks a tasty meal in the stunning kitchen, a real heart of the home designed with socialising in mind.
Set in amongst the Kent countryside, The Barnyard is tucked down a country lane in the village of Sutton Valence. For those who wish to explore on foot, the location could not be better, with miles of picturesque countryside waiting to be explored, with not one but two renowned pubs within a 15-minute walk - one being just a 2-minute walk away, ideal for hassle free evening meals out. With a choice of quaint Kentish villages nearby, immersing yourself in village life couldn’t be easier, with Bearsted and Headcorn within a 10-minute drive, both offering a choice of pubs, restaurants, cafés, and shops, and both with train stations taking you into London is just over an hour, should a day in the city appeal. Or for days out exploring Kent, historic Leeds Castle is just a 10-minute drive away.

Located in the historic town of Faversham, within the conservation area of the abbey, and as such, has been noted as one of the finest examples of a medieval street in Britain, where antique and craft shops, quaint tea rooms and old English pubs are in abundance.

The side door of this property opens straight into the cosy lounge with comfy sofas that you can curl up on in front of the wood burner and enjoy catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV. Take a stroll to the nearby brewery and tour one of England’s oldest breweries before sampling the delights at the home of the world’s largest fruit collection; there are also lots of dog walks around the area. The excitements of Canterbury are not far away, and the wildlife rich ’Oare Wildlife Marshes’ is also within easy reach. Closer still is the pretty town of Whitstable, famed for its oysters and safe swimming spots and plentiful water sports.

The Manor Coach House is enticing, spacious and charming. It has been lovingly restored by the owners to create a contemporary, upside down cottage with luxury furniture and fittings. The two kingsize bedrooms both have large stunning en-suite bathrooms, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor open plan living space where you will find a karaoke machine, record player with a selection of records, and a selection of board games. Leading out from the living space is a lovely teak balcony overlooking the large 1 acre garden where you will find an elegant walled terrace and garden furniture. Have some fun and enjoy a dip in the heated pool followed by a game of table tennis outside. Relax as the sun goes down and light up the barbecue for an enjoyable evening meal in this delightful sun trap. Coastguard Cottage is in a unique location on the coast of Swalecliffe near Whitstable. Kingfisher Oast is a Grade II listed building forming part of a country estate in the heart of Hollingbourne village.
The oast was used for the storage of hops, and there are cute markings in one of the bedrooms recording the hop pickers activities dating back to the mid 1700s. The cottage has three bedrooms, all ensuite and a lovely sociable open plan living space on the ground floor. A bottle of English wine awaits your arrival.

Herne Bay Pier is a favourite for many as it has a long stretch of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, a stage, and some fairground rides. This makes for a great day out and even better memories. You are quite literally spoilt for choice of beaches to visit from this property, Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Sandwich, Deal, Herne Bay, Whitstable, SeaSalter and a few bays in between. Alternatively, you have the historic city of Canterbury with its world-famous cathedral and city walls, its shopping precinct, and Old English high street.
