Just 10 minutes’ drive from Skegness are the long white sands of the east coast. Lambourne House has everything needed to relax and enjoy a traditional family holiday, with five double bedrooms, expansive living rooms, a beautiful inglenook fireplace and all the luxury facilities you would expect from a house of this size, including a gym. The mature garden, with its play areas and barbecues, provides a wonderful place for family fun, and the heated indoor swimming pool ensures entertainment all year round. Off road parking in designated areas right outside the farmhouse affords easy access for loading and unloading luggage and shopping.
There is plenty to see and do in and around the area. Less than a mile away is a good pub for families, which serves both food and drink. The closest beach for lazy summer walks, building sandcastles, sunbathing or indulging in bracing winter wanderings, is 10 minutes away by road, and the nearest golf course, North Shore, is the same distance away. Keen fishermen will enjoy the coarse fishing lakes just 300 yards away.
The town of Skegness has all the facilities you would expect of an established seaside town and modern commercial centre - shops, bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés, cinema, theatre, fun fair, seaside amusements, park, aquarium, sports and fishing facilities, as well as a hospital and excellent road and rail links. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

Nearby Kirton has a good range of amenities including shops and pubs which is only a 10-minute walk away. Situated in between the historic towns of Spalding and Boston, you can visit the famous Boston ’Stump’, enjoy numerous good restaurants, shops, cafés and bars as well as the weekly markets and river boat rides.
For days out, the seaside resort of Skegness is approx. 45 minutes, and Hunstanton in Norfolk about an hour’s drive. Major cities surrounding within a 35-mile radius. Nature reserves at Frampton RSPB (10 mins car journey) and Gibraltor Point offer opportunity to see the migrating birds and wildlife as well as many miles of excellent walks. For cycle enthusiasts, there are some great cycle routes close by. While you’re surrounding yourself in romantic luxury see if you can spot the abundance of wildlife, including, squirrels, owls, bats, dragonflies, rabbits, robins, woodpeckers, various birds of prey and the occasional muntjac deer.

These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness. They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Sandilands has always been a popular destination for family holidays for many generations and is still largely as it was many years ago. Miles of sandy beaches and colourful beach huts await you and Summer House is only 200 yds from the seafront. Nearby Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe can we walked to down the sea wall or catch a bus from nearby.
For family days out the seaside resort of Skegness offers all the fun of the fair plus amusements, an aquarium, and cinema. Butlins and Fantasy Island also offer opportunity for family days out or simply stay at home and enjoy the delights of the beach with a shop, pub, and cafe 150 yds away close to the seafront.

A superb private development of holiday homes, situated close to the beach in the traditional east coast holiday resort of Mablethorpe. With its sandy beaches, fair, amusements, Queens Park paddling pools and brightly coloured beach huts, Mablethorpe is a lovely place for a family holiday.
A drive or bus ride south along the coast takes you to Sutton-on-Sea, Sandilands and Anderby Creek, all popular for lovely walks along the seafront or along their sandy beaches. Further south is Fantasy Island and Butlin’s for adventure filled family days out, with Skegness and its funfair and attractions including the Embassy Theatre and Cinema also offering plenty to see and do. To the north is Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary and breeding grounds, which are always well worth a visit during the breeding season with usually around a thousand seal pups born here each year.

A lovely family holiday home with five bedrooms and two bathrooms just a stroll from the sandy beach and promenade, as well as the centre of this traditional seaside village. With plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy, including a large sundeck offering you private outdoor space to enjoy which is also a sun trap. A covered area to one side is perfect for al fresco dining and also for some shade if needed.
The sandy beach and promenade is just 100 yards away where you can walk along the prom past all the brightly coloured beach huts from Mablethorpe to Sandilands, with miles of unspoilt beaches perfect for strolling along. You can often spot seals both in the sea and later in the summer as they head to and from the breeding grounds at Donna Nook, and if you are lucky they are occasionally seen on the beach basking in the sun.
Sutton on Sea has something for all the family with a paddling pool, restaurants, two chip shops, cafés and pubs, one of which is on the promenade where you can enjoy refreshments and a meal overlooking the beach. The main bus route runs close by and you can travel to the larger seaside resorts of Mablethorpe and Skegness, as well as family days out at Butlin’s or Fantasy Island. Brandon is a lovely family holiday home set just 100 yards from the seafront and the beach, in a residential area. Offering spacious accommodation for all the family to spread out and enjoy, it includes a large garden room with a TV and desk space for remote working, as well as a cinema room where you can sit back and enjoy a film. Nearby, just 50 yards away, is a shop and café which also serves food. A stroll along the seafront takes you to Sutton-on-Sea about a mile away or you can continue all the way to Mablethorpe which is about another 2 miles along the promenade. For days out you could enjoy the fun of the traditional seaside amusements at Mablethorpe, catch the bus along the coast to Fantasy Island, Butlins or Skegness which has a fairground, amusements, cinema, aquarium, and fun for all the family to enjoy. For those wishing to enjoy a very popular gastro pub there is one at Skendleby approximately a 10-minute drive away. You can even bring your family dog, with two small dogs welcome, but please be aware there could be cattle or sheep in adjacent fields. Ingoldmells and Skegness are a little further down the coast where days out can be had at Fantasy island or Butlins. Nearby Woodthorpe has an 18-hole golf course or why not visit the Georgian market town of Louth for lots of lovely local shops and three markets a week.
