To the first floor are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, each enjoying fantastic views across the valley. There is a modern family shower room with walk-in shower. Externally there is a private patio with raised rockery style garden that looks out onto open fields.
    A short walk will take you to the local pub serving local ales and good food, whilst a little further away you have the villages of West Burton and Thoralby. The busier market towns of Hawes and Leyburn are just a short drive away and have an interesting selection of shops, restaurants and tea rooms.
