Meagill Farmhouse has five good sized bedrooms across the first and second floors with various layouts to suite the whole groups sleeping arrangements. In addition, two of the bedrooms have en suite facilities with a large family bathroom on the first floor which boasts a beautiful roll top bath, and heated towel rail. All bedrooms have fresh cotton linen guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep meaning you are full recovered to get back out into the countryside. To the rear of the property is a large patio and lawned garden complete with a fantastic hot tub, a wonderful barbeque hut, and separate seating areas with comfortable furniture. This is a great place to relax in the summer sun whilst have a glass of your favourite holiday tipple.

Nearby you will find the fashionable spa town of Harrogate with an abundance of restaurants, pubs, pavement cafés and independent shops that can all be easily reached as can legendary Bettys Cafe Tea Rooms where afternoon tea is a must. Harewood House, just 25 minutes away, is a fantastic day out offering impressive art collections, a magnificent, rare bird garden and 100 acres of exquisite gardens to explore. For Emmerdale fans, you’ll also find the set deep within the grounds of the estate. Bolton Abbey can be reached in around a 15-minute drive and offers 30,000 acres of beautiful countryside to explore. The charming market town of Skipton, also 20 minutes away, is home to an ancient castle, cobbled high street and colourful street market. Haworth village, once home to the Brontë Sisters, is another major tourist attraction in the area and can be reached in around a 45-minute drive. There is so much more to see and do, locations really don’t get much more perfect than Meagill Farmhouse so why not book a few extra days!

Locations don’t get any more perfect than Nydsley hall. There is so much to see and do in the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. For cyclists, the Pateley Bridge to Masham route and challenging Cote de Lofthouse climb featured as part of the 2017 Tour de Yorkshire and the 2019 World Cycling Championships are also nearby. With Nydsley Hall being located in Pateley Bridge you have instant access to all the independant shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs. The market town of Masham is 10 miles away and, further afield, the cathedral city of Ripon is 40 minutes or the stylish spa town of Harrogate a 45-minute drive. Nearby National Trust attractions include the magnificent Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal near Ripon and Brimham Rocks in Summerbridge.

Within the hour you can be in the city of York with its abundance of renowned attractions, including the iconic Minster, Castle Museum and the Jorvik Viking Centre. Carr House farmhouse is set on a working farm, but only minutes away from the attractions of Scarborough and only 1½ miles from the well known surfing beach at Cayton Bay, which also welcomes dog walkers throughout the year. Visitors of all ages will enjoy the large landscaped gardens with a summerhouse, apple trees and barbecue, with a perimeter fence making it ideal for both children and pets. This detached farmhouse is ideal for touring the North Yorkshire coast, from Whitby in the north to Bridlington in the south. The North York Moors National Park is full of bike trails and fantastic, scenic walks including the very popular Rievaulx Abbey. Nearby towns include Malton, Pickering, Thirsk, and a little further afield York. Also, the very popular coastal towns of Whitby and Scarborough are approximately a 40-minute drive away should you wish to have a day at the beach.

Rosary House is a spacious stone farmhouse which was built in 1750 and is located in the quaint village of Irton, 4 miles from the glorious golden Cayton Bay, with the larger coastal destinations of Scarborough and Filey also within a 15-minute drive. There is something for everyone to enjoy during your stay at Rosary House, with Scarborough only a short 10-minute drive away where you can spend the day at the beach, or check out the impressive views of the coast from Scarborough Castle. You can dine out at one of the many local village pubs in Irton, and the award-winning fish and chip shop which are only a short walk away. If you would like to venture a little further, Whitby is only a 40-minute drive, or you can experience an old-fashioned steam train ride from Pickering to Whitby. Families can enjoy a day out at the Sea Life Centre in Scarborough or Flamingo Land, near Pickering, only 30 minutes away. You can hop on the train to the historical city of York for a day trip and The North York Moors are right on your doorstep for great walking routes.
