Bute Cottage was once the tumble-down remains of a fisherman’s cottage, which has been lovingly transformed into this incredible holiday home. It boasts some unique authentic features, such as the mantle beam over the double-sided stove, which is a reclaimed ship’s mast, and the ancient well beneath the cottage which has been preserved under the glass flooring in the hallway.
    Although all on the ground floor, the property is tiered with a step down from the kitchen to the living room and a step up to the bedrooms. At the very front of the cottage boasting views of the vast open sea from the bay windows is the living room, with the kitchen and dining room in the centre and the heart of the cottage. The kitchen is well equipped, with integrated appliances and everything you could desire to make hearty home cooked meals. There is a modern, stylish shower room and two beautifully presented, inviting bedrooms. You have a double as well as a master bedroom with zip and link kingsize bed which can make 2ft 6in twin beds on request, making this property ideal for either two couples, families or even friends. Bute Cottage has an enclosed patio at the rear which is sure to delight, here you have the hot tub, where you can soak all of your worries away. A gazebo has been built above the hot tub so that this feature can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons.
